I always like to praise where praise is due. I had an issue with my KTM where a stone chip had caused the taillight to crack. KTM refused a warranty claim on the grounds that it wasn't a manufacturing defect. As you can imagine I was annoyed as the bike was only 3 months old. Anyway, I got a phone call from Phillip himself tonight. He is covering the taillight for me... Very good of him to do so I thought, it's that kind of dealer/customer relationship that makes all the difference! High praise indeed! Happy to see that in this day and age, loyalty still counts. So, Phillip McCallen, not only a road racing legend, but also a genuine nice guy and a gentleman! You will have my custom for many years to come
