Nice, i was thinking of putting a low pipe on mine. Never got around to it and I’m happy with the SJ projects tbh.

Personally I think everyone but me should be banned from all roads whenever I take my bike or pickup out :rolleyes:
When I'm out everyone is a muppet and out to kill me so they don't deserve to share tarmac with me.....unless I invite them :cool:

I think that would not be illegal parking, but come under obstruction.

So if I choose to cycle 11 miles to work, instead of taking the Tiger or my car, then that is unacceptable? I get to exercise at the same time as commuting...

I cheat by coming home in the company vehicle. I do 'On Call' so need a works vehicle.

Unless I count going to work as my one form of exercise then commute home. And I can't work from home unfortunately.

Its obviously fine to use your own feet, an electric scooter mostly used by the elderly, disabled, an electric bike, a pedal cycle, a car, a motorcycle, a horse, a donkey, a camel, an elephant if you have one, etc for essential travel to work if you cannot work from home, travelling for medical reasons, and for food and supplies.... For your once a day exercise it’s your feet ...if you are lucky to have them ... so you can safely keep outside the 2 metre rule... riding your elephant through our village will be safer than a pedal cycle as you’d be quite high up in the air and more than 2 metres away... as long as you don’t cough in my direction... bicyclists huffing & puffing whilst pedalling by within my 2 metre safety space isn’t OK.... so for those arrogant enough to continue cycling please think about it and stop flouting the 2 metre rule and putting lives unnecessarily at risk ... just think it could be you or your families catching something from me by encroaching in my space. Once out on the road cyclists cannot avoid getting too close to others... so don’t take the risk, lock your bike away with your motorbike, and get out on those feet. I’m as frustrated as every motorbiker but am not tempted to get my old pedal cycle out under the current situation. Just my humble point of view but I would quite like to stay alive for a bit longer

You are allowed your opinion, no matter how wrong you are... I’ve watched cyclists today as objectively as possible... mainly single riders, some doubled up pairs (obviously family units) and one tandem. All on the road, no footpath riders... no overly dramatic huffing or puffing, they were all moving out towards the middle of the road to overtake.
I think that you must either be particularly unlucky where you live (I said first time round that location can make a difference) or you are over egging the pudding... hoping to pick up on the general miss like of cyclists by getting creative with the drama queen language...
so no, I disagree with you and I will continue to ride my bike with my 13year old daughter whilst the roads are a little less crowded.

Hardly dangerous, heh, you can kill someone with a car and it’s not classed as dangerous.
