Apparently battered and rough - trying to destruct for RDD is what is thought. Doesn't seem to be getting many fans on R3 forum
You always get people not liking a new model when it’s replacing the model that they have I for one never liked the overly large tank and HUGE exhaust system on the old model I don’t like the number plate thing on the new model and would rather have seen a mudguard on the back But overall I think it’s a gorgeous looking bike and when I get mine and start riding it I’m sure I will forgive the number plate thing
The back end of these bikes makes it look a lot easier for me to modify for my needs Except for the ridiculously huge exhaust which would have to be removed and changed I’ve been studying the new R3R and have one or two ideas as to what I need to do Won’t be easy but hopefully I’ll be able to do something Until I get the R3R in my garage I’ll just have to keep looking at the pictures and hoping
Just remember the new R3R has a locked ecu that will prevent any mods or upgrades. Current model can be upgraded to short cans etc and remapped. It will also haul a trailer
The only thing I might tap into would be the rear lights Did this on NUDGER and that has the same system
