Hi All.. My new Scrambler 1200XE MY24 has arrived but I'm having trouble finding a nice replacement exhaust for it as my dealer is saying it is different to the MY23 version, they tried to fit Total Triumph's Slash cut pipes with no luck, can anyone shed any light on this?

That is the TEC 2 into 1 slip on. It drops a good 10 lbs of weight, rids you of the catalytic converters, and is high quality in construction. Here's a link to the exhaust:

    https://www.tecbikeparts.com/product/tec-flank-2-1-tailpipe-scrambler-1200-xe-xc/

After install, I ran the Scrambler for about 25 minutes in the yard for the ECU to re-calibrate, and the bike runs great. The sound is much deeper and throaty, but the volume hasn't increased all that much- it just sounds like it "should." Heat has reduced a noticeable amount as well, but by no means is the exhaust "cool" on your leg- I mean, it's a Scrambler.

I am very happy with this exhaust now. TEC puts out a video of the install:

Here is a video by Delboy's Garage that is MUCH better...same exhaust bit the "tips" and tricks are a bit better:

If you're in the States, you can order it from: https://www.tecbikepartsusa.com/default.asp

Hiya, the 2024 model has the cat in a different place and a second sensor near the end cans. I have a 2024 1200 Scrambler on order and Total Triumph have updated the slash cut exhaust to suit the 2024 changes. They have a 1200 X demo bike with it fitted and I was there yesterday and they have them in stock. Give Connor or Craig a call 01823 358899

As JPB said, the 2024 models have been tweaked for a slightly different power delivery (same numbers) and Euro emissions. I have a test ride of a 1200X booked for tomorrow with standard exhaust.
