    I imagine for most folk will be available for runs on Saturday & Sundays,and i know Lou,Reggie & Gary are able for runs during the week also..is anybody else off during the week?

    Hi Dougie I usually work Monday to Friday, though every couple of weeks I get a Monday off as well.

    I'm usually off on a Wednesday, Friday & Sunday..although my boss is very flexible;) so i could manage a Monday off if i had a few days notice and the forecast was good :)
