Evening All. Hope everyone is keeping safe. Had a bit of time on my hands recently so have decided to give the old girl (07 Spring St 1050) some long needed TLC. Due to her being laid up for a while, a lot of nuts/bolts have started to rust. Mainly brake calipers - foot rests - etc.
Just wondering if there are any tried and tested methods of cleaning them up.

    TIA kris

How rusty are they Kris? Got any pics?
If it’s just a little surface rust I’d get the metal polish on them.
I use Belgom Alu as it leaves a protective waxy coating.
