Well its been taking a back seat for far to long as i have built myself the TR6C in between but at last we have got back on the case and stripped the paint of the frame bits and stripped the motor and sorted all the new parts out ready for the rebuild.
Nice one , was wondering when you were going to pull your finger out lol , going to be another belter with your skills , could of done with that one finished so I could copy more bits
Nice little pile of bits...but i am really just jealous of your rather nice and well kitted and organized garage/workshop.
So i have managed to get the frame parts ready for paint Engine cases and all parts cleaned and ready to start rebuilding the engine.
500’s are the best Edward Turner twin. The craving for more power led to the 650 which just about gets away with it if you don’t mind the vibration but the 750 twin was a step too far. The 3 cyl 500 aka the trident is a nice motor
Fitted the new rods n shells along with bearings and bolted it together this morning must get me arse in gear and sort the frame out.
Paintshop still to busy so i can't get the bits done and as its raining again i started polishing the outer cases
Well at long last i managed to get some space in the booth and prime up the parts i need to start building the bike, i will get them in colour tomorrow and do the the tank n guards in the next few weeks i hope.
Black frame parts done n home, i have a little work to finish off on the engine and will start the build this week.
