Recommendatio - Tires For 2018 Tiger Xca

I currently have Mitas E07 front and rear, they seem ok, but would like to try something different, with better road performance than Mitas, they have a fairly hard compound - I would say I'm a 80% road, 20% off type of rider, just trails, gravel etc, nothing extreme.

Another concern I have about the Mitas, is apparently the rear is extremely tough to remove from the wheel, from what I've read, even seasoned ADV riders give up, so want something that isn't so difficult to remove.

I'm willing to sacrifice life over grip, in the wet for example.
