Delivery companies that just tell you that they will deliver some time today. They have your phone number and email but don't use it to let you know when they are near, or give you a delivery window - and expect you to wait in all day for delivery at a random time as if you haven't got anything better to do.
Television. Where have all the comedy writers gone? Can you name a British comedy - sitcom or sketch show - that is funny? Where is this centuries The Fast Show, Father Ted, IT Crowd, or a mirriad of other great comedies that were on television last century. Can't think of a single comedy program I am currently waiting on a new series. I blame the shite from the states, big bang theory, friends and other puerile drivel. I blame BBC, I blame Michael Macintyre, just cos he's a prick. Please BBC, let's find the new Mighty Boosh or Fleabag, and not since the 70's have ITV made good comedy.
