My son got us tickets to visit the Sagrada Familia and I wasn't all that thrilled. How wrong can you be? Fantastic place, if any of you find yourself in Barcelona, try to go. Stunning. :)

From Google: Glen Prosen is home to the Captain Scott and Dr Wilson monument, erected in memorial of the Antarctic explorers who planned their ill-fated expedition to the South Pole in 1912 at Wilson's home, nearby Burnside Cottage.

Absolutely gorgeous photos of the Sagrada Familia, @Vulpes. I recognized it right off. I was there awhile back--June of 2008. When were you there? I'll share some of my photos here. There was a ton of construction going on then, both interior and exterior. What an amazing place!

I was there a few years later, 2010 if memory serves. They're still busy building! It's a fascinating structure.

I'm working in Sherborne, Dorset for a couple of days. Decided to stay in Glastonbury, nice 40 minute country drive and tonight had a quick stroll up onto the Tor. Fish and chips on the way back, glorious sunny evening. Top job.

Well, it is a tourist town. Not too many of the great unwashed cluttering the place up though. Supposed to be a confluence of ley lines too, thought l might get a mystic energy transfer at the top. Sadly l'm the same knock kneed knackered old nosebag that left the hotel a couple of hours ago.:grinning:

A two-headed calf is seen at a barn in Lazec, North Macedonia. The calf has fused skulls, two pairs of eyes, two mouths and one pair of ears , and sucks milk simultaneously with two mouths.
