I've fitted a fenda extenda and a s/s guard in front of the engine on my Street Scrambler but still crud is getting to the radiator. What does "The Team" think about fitting a full front mudguard instead? Has anyone already fitted something similar? The sort of thing I had in mind is either black to match the tank:-

Or, working on the basis that if it's good enough for "Steve" it's good enough for me, a plain alloy one:-

That bike with McQueen on, looks tiny!

Could be a 250 or 350 single but it's not easy to see on the pic. McQueen wasn't particularly tall, so it's not that he's dwarfing it.

Anyway, thanks for the 50/50 vote. I guess the way to go is fit an unpainted alloy one and then blow it over if I don't like it "nude".

On second thoughts, the bike looks like this twin:- http://www.fortheride.com/bikes-and...&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=December Email

Perhaps McQueen was bigger than his claimed 5'10" or the bike was small.
