Poor Service Or Difficult Times

    It’s bad enough letting them near my bike For “servicing “,I wouldn’t trust them for washing it.They tried to charge me £80 on my 1st service 1000miles,as my brake hade no grease!! Seen during the video inspection..I said so it’s washed off in 1000 dry miles ,,or was it not done during production or the pdi,,it’s an independent from now on,,triumph main dealers can gtf

    I would never take a vehicle for a service anywhere there’s a ‘bonus’ scheme for that reason of yours. ‘Old school’ only for my vehicles

    So, here’s my response...
    1. I wash my own bike. Don’t even want to think about someone using a power wash on it. Just rinse it, wash it, rinse it and dry with microfiber cloth.
    2. Do you “normally” compliment them when they wash it for you? Or did you notice only now it wasn’t washed?
    3. Respect for them still providing service in these silly times.
    Me: im happy with my dealer, small family business, personal attention and good service!
