Handy tool to have for chain adjustment and wheel removal. £47 quid well spent on Amazon. Will support upto 1100 lbs.

Yep, useful. I just picked something similar up from eBay for about £30. Almost wished I hadn't bothered with the centre stand.

Search '500kg motorcycle scissor lift' on eBay or wherever and lots of sellers pop up.

Is there a centre stand for the Bonneville Speedmaster? Or do you have a different bike?

Sorry, I have a Street Twin. Not sure if there is a centre stand for the Speedmaster.

Ah, just checking in case I'd missed it. Though there is so little ground clearance on the Speedmaster that I'm not sure there's room for one anyway.

Oh crap, but a good reminder to back up a jack with blocks or stands. Where did it fail?

Didn’t even get the back wheel off the table :(
It failed on the pin that holds the winding nut on :poop:
    Nearly dropped the bike
Welded it at work and seems to work now but I just don’t trust it :(

Mine needs a ratchet wrench to Jack up. Seems fairly sturdly made around the important bits. Whole things weighs 13kg so it's a bruiser.
