My local dealer in Nottingham had an open day earlier this to unveil the new T120. I was impressed and requested a test ride as soon as they had one in. Heard nothing from them. In August went to their showroom and told them I was interested in the new T120. "I'll get someone to come and see you". Fifteen minutes of kicking my heels (and tyres ), no sign of anyone so left. Contacted Triumph via their website asking to arrange a test ride at Pidcocks. Heard nothing from them. Triumph themselves then email me asking if I enjoyed the test ride. Responded telling them the sad truth. I now contact my next nearest dealer in Chesterfield and was riding their demo T120 that very afternoon. They couldn't do enough for me. Bike bought, first service done for free as part of the deal, accessories now on order with them. They have been faultless. If you're in the East Midlands you can guess who I would recommend.
