Picture taken last Sunday morning on the stairs of my pet pooch, golden retriever, Elsie.... She's 10 this year and my best buddy, done loads of hillwalking etc together, I have to make sure I don't neglect her in place of the bike this year! She's spoilt rotten and has us all twisted round her little paw!
This is Luna, the biker dog she has been on the back of the bike with my Mrs and she loves it LOL she is a Jack Russell /King Charles Spaniel cross

You have every right Tez to post pics of Jess, she looks to be a beautiful character. Let's hope we meet up with our furry friends at some stage in the future ?
That's the very thoughts I've had the last few days Dave, wouldn't that be bloody great !!! PICTURE THIS DAVE - Scene out of Gladiator, but instead of Russel Crow - Its TEZ coming over the brow of a beautiful sun drenched hill of grass (stop laughing I know you can all picture it ) looking down on Jess playing amongst the tall grass, one big whistle to her from me turns her head towards me, her tail is wagging like crazy, we both begin to run at each other, Bliss !!! GREAT THOUGHTS INDEED BUT I CANT GO ON YOU'VE STARTED ME OFF AGAIN
I'm very sorry Tez if I upset you, but the dogs we've had to say 'Goodbye to' have been quite a lot and all were beautiful people so I just hope we'll have the opportunity to meet again.
Thanks mate wouldn't it make later life more worth living, and be a wonderful thought to have. Great pics mate, we all need someone to lean on, happier times, I came across this old thread by chance last time someone had posted on it was 2014 !! Did I tell you Sunderland had been relegated
Early days for me Biglad, you never upset me at all mate, its great other people/animal lovers think alike, I've had loads of silly thought running through my head last few days and to be honest It's great to share one with somebody that understands and thinks the same thoughts at times.
I promise you it does get better, especially if you can bring yourself to get another dog and shower it with love. It's not a matter of being disloyal to Jess, she will understand that you want/need to give your love to another 'pal'.
Bonnie's growing fast now, she looks like a Border Collie, still work in progress though, although she's lost most of her baby teeth! She is so faithful already, yesterday I was cementing the bike hard standing, layed watching every move, follows me round like a shadow, sleeps on my lap like a cat! She's a little beauty!
Bonnie is gorgeous HO, she'll take a little time to grow into those lugs though . We've had a couple of Border Collies and they were both soooooo faithful to me. Always at my feet or on the settee snuggled up next to me. Genie, the first one lived until she was 16, the second one Belle (the mother of our current lab/collie dogs) unfortunately started fitting at about two and half; we tried tablets but she went downhill so I had to take her for her final vet visit - it was heart-braking.
Thank you every one, her mum & dad are working dogs on the island Lismore, off Oban her mum has biggish lugs, we expect her to grow a bit more but not too much, our last 2 B.C's were brilliant, Haggis went 32+ kg's, Deefa went 27, Bonnie is at 14 now @ 20 weeks already! Bonnie's dad is a top working dog, mum has papers, we were lucky to get her, she's doing well! She fits in well with the 3 remaining greys, no animosity between any of them, how lucky we are.
