Thought I'd have to wait a whole helluva lot longer to get my hands on this than I did! I was dead set on getting the RS in red but once I saw the Cosmic Yellow paint, especially in the sun, I was sold. Such a unique color.

Now time to get a tail tidy, some tank grips and I'm really leaning toward getting the Yoshimura exhaust.

If you wanna see more of the bike, I plan to post more of it on my TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@wagsmoto

Evotech for the tail tidy. Not cheap but the best ones I have seen. £130 GBP. It will be my next mod.

I'd consider a radiator guard too as a mod (mine is Evotech). If I hadn't had one on when I hit a pheasant on Friday, my radiator would gave been obliterated!

What a beautiful bike--and color--@wagsmoto! It's amazing to me that the 2024s are already out in the spring of 2023. Looking forward to seeing more photos of your new Street Triple RS. I'm not on TikTok and don't know how many others here are so please keep posting on the forum if you would, please!

Yep, that was one of my Crimbo pressies. A little tricky to fit, just need some patience to ensure the fixing holes all line up as they should.

Bike looks great, I’ve got the R in crystal white. When you mention Yoshi exhaust change, have you looked into it already as you’ve got to do a full system as the original is one complete system, can’t do a slip on anymore unless your a good fabricator??

Does this mean it’s time to get the hacksaw out?

A lovely machine, and the colour looks fantastic, as previously mentioned you are unable to fit an end can to these new generation Street Triples, this is due to the system being one piece, it is designed with a single cat instead of the previous 2 (headers and rear pipe), altering the system to a 2 piece is easily done and I recall recently posting a number of companies offering them, however it must be remembered that you need to buy additional items, an oxygen eliminator kit and blanking plates to compensate for decatting your original system, and any of the modifications/replacements will invalidate your Triumph warranty.

Basically yes, gotta wait till warranty expires before trying anything out unfortunately. I remember the chap from (Bikes of Rye) on YouTube had a ST RS a couple of years ago, he had a full SC project system on his, he had to get it tuned/mapped after the instal.

The yellow looks so much better in the flesh, so to speak.
I'm not a fan of the lack of mini fairing for the dash on the latest bikes though.
I'd feel compelled to buy something to shield/hide the instruments.

Triumph have them as an extra on the latest models, by the time you buy the official cowl and screen it adds a fair bit to the cost, on the pre 2023 models it came as standard, just another way of getting more money out of customers.

The tail tidy from Evotech and Triumph are made by the same company, both Evotech and Triumph buy them in from this outside provider, the same is true for the radiator guard etc, they are however first class products, the firm that produce them are a high end engineering company.
