Is anyone good with photo-shop? I'm rubbish so was hoping some kind soul would photo-shop a fat front wheel on my Trident only found a pic with a bike with a black front wheel but it may work unless you can find/have a pic of a chrome one? Thinking of lacing a 3.5" x 16" front wheel for the fat look.
No mate! did try but little interest probably priced too high....deliberately Its going back inside over winter so thought i might try the fat front approach might make it more comfortable I am still thinking about selling and getting something more suited to my and the wife's crumbly bits but i love the bike and its heritage but we shall see next year.
These photos make me want to add a chopper to my collection__SO BAD ! I'd say it was because I am entering my second childhood, but I don't remember leaving the first childhood. After all, I'm only 74 ...J.D.
Me nether but I wouldn't recommend a hard-tail once over 60 I'm 67 in a week or two and i am limited to how far i can go before i cant feel my spine.
Oh, I realise the realities of getting old. It would have to be a backup ride. My body is a complete wreck. But I think I would endure the pain now and then for the short haul down to the hardware store or doctor's appointment. There are a few companies making frames for the newer Bonnie engines here in the states. I'd love to have one, but I have 3 other bikes. ...J.D. P.S. I am old...But I am crazier than I am old
