I'll be test riding one in a few weeks and if I do buy it I'll be putting Hepco and Becker Junior 40 ltr hard cases on. I've got Kappa panniers on my America at the moment but no-one manufactures frames for the TB unfortunately.

I don't like the "bagger" look leather cases or the "swoopy" Harley style. The capacity is poor and so is the security. I also like to be able to just take the panniers of the bike when I stop for the night. They are also easier to pack/unpack when they're off the bike.

I only fit the panniers when I'm touring and I'm not bothered about the look as practicality is more important to me.

Picked these Held ones up from Get Geared for £250 including the connecting yoke and the pannier bars. They're buffalo hide I think.
