This is a great way to help with lockdown, and seems to be really popular, just email them one of your favourite photos and they will turn it into a paint by numbers kit (several companies do this, just Google paint by numbers for adults) this is one my wife has just completed

I was going to joke and say ‘can you tell what it is yet?’ but actually that’s really well done. I love badgers.

Another good way to kill boredom! There was quite a few here building airfix and various other models which I though was good too... never seen any finished ones yet:eyes:

I bought a Spitfire and then thought it might be spiffing to build a "timeline" of Hawker fighters. Bought a Typhoon and Sea Fury, trying to decide which Hurricane to do, got paints, the whole nine yards, then got busy with work, l'm pleased to say. The time will come....;)

Joking apart, possibly one of the best sounding aircraft ever built. Used to see the City of Lincoln flight quite often. Never failed to stir the heart. :)

The annoying thing was the parts didn’t fit together. No end of filing and tweaking made them assemble properly.

On that model you can see how the front gunner canopy looks like it is almost falling off.

Sorry too that my plane didn’t have a more culturally diverse aircrew to reflect etc today’s agendas. I think the tail gunner went to a comprehensive but unfortunately the others had been to Eton, Winchester and Marlborough. Thankfully the Germans weren’t in the slightest bit bothered when trying to shoot them down.
