    What do you think of painting the crash bars and panier racks ?

    Yay to the crash bars to match the frame but Nay to the pannier racks IMHO ;)

    On the strength of that photoshop image alone I'd say a very definite yes to the proposed blackout - and I'd go as far as to suggest that you might add in the rear sub frame, too, but I guess that wouldn't be cost effective or practical.

    Thanks, crash bars in progress.

    For the rear I'm unsure, it looks odd since the subframe is silver

    I'm with @Adie P, Armando. All black would be great if there's anyway to black out the rear sub frame, too. But even if not, I'd paint the crash bars, too. Your bike is looking good!

    Absolutely paint it. The sub frame is a fair project to remove but worth it!
