Originally from Surrey, I have lived the last 30 years half way up a mountain in Draper, UT, USA. The roads are very variable and temperatures are up to 100F. The canyons are fun to ride though.
El Prat de Llobregat, close to Barcelona in Catalonia! Lots of good roads and motorbikes around here. Enric
So would I qualify as a rufty tufty type if I told you that I went out on my bike when it was mildly cloudy and managed to get home two hours later without getting wet? Oh, and I clean my bike whether it needs it or not, but never more than once a week otherwise people would think I was weird or something
Best add the City of Bath though don't drive into Bath as with the one way system you can never get out.
I split my time between Calgary Canada, where the new 2018 Bonneville Bobber now lives along with one of my 1976 GL1000s , Kootenay Lake in BC Canada, where my other 1976 GL1000 lives (when its rideable, which it is not right now), and then finally Bonaire in the Dutch Caribbean where my Vespa 300 Scoot lives. I live a semi nomadic life.
An update on where I am, moved from Sussex and am now in North Devon - 17 days to go till I retire too, living the dream!!!
