What about Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture? The one with cannons in it. It may blend in with the noise outside and fool the pets into thinking that all is well. Just a (ridiculous) thought.
Today is also in rememberence of our CeeBee, we lost her 3 years ago today, died of a liver condition, very neglected when we got her, and its suspected she took a big kicking some time, she was a most beautiful girl, loved every minute of being with us, such a tradgedy she died so you, bearly past 31/2! RIP CeeBee, you were special, you wont be forgotten!
Thoughts with you HO, 3 years is still raw, take comfort from the happy life you gave her when she came to you.

I got the tongue in cheek mate - are they actually banned? Seems a bit harsh... We're not getting rid of prutser obviously, but as a successor one might be a candidate.
Apparently they were banned here from 1993 till 2008. After that the bill was abandoned because there was no change in the amount of incidents.
TBH any dog has a sixth sense imop. Our dogs have a special relationship with our special young man ( my boy) They love him, he loves them, I love him
Brilliant! Our dogs have helped Matthew enormously. He has very complex needs. Rosie & Pippy have Been instrumental in keeping him calm & allowing him to pull their ears, dribble on them & give them over exuberant cuddles without a whimper. Our fluffy friends are truly special
