Hi all Went to fit optimate 4 permanent plug to battery tonight on my Speed triple RS 2018. Thought it would be a pain with battery under tank but when I removed plastic cover on the front of tank the battery connections where there and easy to get to. Attached leads and pushed cables out of way and just have the plug protruding by the frame so my first question is has anyone routed them in a better position ? Secondly, when I turned bike back on it made a constant electronic wurring type sound which never stopped until I turned it off again. Could not fire bike up as little lad just been gone to bed but disconnecting battery has not done anything has it ? Many thanks to anyone who can help Cheers Paul
Ah yours is like my 2010 S3 battery under seat. I did the same but the 2018 has battery under tank at front by headatock. Pain in the arse
