Today, after my numerous stays abroad (https://www.thetriumphforum.com/threads/back-again.36176/), I finally had enough time to go biking. I was a little more than 4 hours and 220 km on the road and have the beautiful autumn weather so really enjoy. Of course, a little refreshment could not be missing. Therefore, I stopped in a nice coffee house with its own pastry production. A good coffee with an apple pie made from shortcrust pastry. A variant of the famous apple strudel, but made with puff pastry. The temperature was 7 to 15 degrees Celsius, depending on the altitude. I chose the route in the Wechsel- and Semmering- Area. It was great!
