As I mentioned last week, I spent some days in the city of Salzburg for some businesses. On Thursday evening my wife arrived there too and we spent a long weekend in the city and on our bikes in the province of Salzburg and the neighbouring Bavaria in Germany. We had great weather conditions. In sum we did about 1.000 km. Lovely curves and wonderful landscapes passed our way. Beside our biking we did lots of sightseeing in the city.
    In the following some impressions.

A stop in front of the mountains in the vicinity of Berchtesgaden in Germany.

At the shore of the "Königsee".

The famous "Tomaselli Cafe" in the old town of the city of Salzburg.

    The great dessert "Salzburger Nockerl".

The wonderful landscape along our way.

    Wonderful flowers.

Another great dessert: "Ice cream pancakes".

One of the most famous views in the city of Salzburg. From the garden of "Castle Mirabell" to the "Castle Hohen Feste" in the background.

@Dawsy: Thanks! The last week was great, but from Monday to Wednesday we had lots of Sahara Sand polluting the air. The temperatures were from 7-31 degree celsius. Next week will start with lots of rain and lower temperatures too.

Looks like an amazing adventure, @Markus! I loved each of your photos and, as @Dawsy said, the food looks delicious (especially the ice cream pancakes). Glad you and your wife had a wonderful time. :)
