Had some freetime at the end of June so wanted to go somewhere on the Tiger.
The company we normally use when we got to France (Eurocamp) had some really cheap deals going for mobile homes, so booked a week down near the Pyrenees.
Cost for a week, including overnight ferry and cabin each way via St Malo and Caen, was nice and cheap at just over £500 :)

Looks like I'll be johnny no mates, same as September. The downside to taking early retirement when everyone else is working :p

The site's next to a Beach but also in a town so plenty of eating and drinking nearby.
But it's also close to the Pyrenees, so can go playing on roads like this

Looks like a great break and guaranteed (nearly) weather. Enjoy.

I did consider Ireland or Scotland for the trip, but the deal was just too cheap and as @Sprinter says, the chances are the weather will be a lot better.

It's all a little stressful as well, I only have a week after getting back from the Isle of Man to sort out everything for the France trip.:p

Yep, it does have its advantages being retired :)
