New dude from rural Nova Scotia, (via Hawaii and California). Rode since I was a squeaker, then got out of it for far too long due to the usual, and unusual, obstacles of life. BUT IʼM BACK BABY! My ride is an opal/tangerine 06 T100. Love it. Started back on a cbr300r which was fun for awile. Wasnʼt great on the highway, and it didnʼt matter which underapants you wore, after 45 minutes your crack was full of regret. But hey, enough with personal problems, the Bonnie is toppadapops! Iʼll add a snappy or two if I figure out how.
Thanks for the welcomes and kind words all. Like much of the world Iʼm sure, a major pary of riding in NS is about denial, (itʼs not really winter yet), and making the most of those early spring opportunities between snow storms when the sun is out, the road is clear, and the temp is somewhere above the freezing point. Pushing the season I have heard some of the old guys say. Currently the bike is on the ground floor of the house in the common area nextbto my little home office. Between work tasks I sneak out and polish a few more spokes, or plug in the battery conditioner for a while. It gets to live in the house, while the decidely more plastiky CBR freezes out in the garage. Sorry Honda, nobody said life was fair. Yeah, I know its a mess, but itʼs warm and dry, and lava lamps.
Welcome from a fellow T100 rider. Love the pics and especially like that your love gets to stay warm and dry in the office. Enjoy the forum!
