With running in on Nikasil plated bores , ride it normally, just be careful to not labour the motor and build up to higher rpms over the first 500/1000 klms ! So 4 or 5 thousand for short periods until you have 500+ then raise rpms and duration from there ! The rings will take up to 5/10 thousand to bed fully in. My 09 America took quite a few klms before the "tightness" wore off, about 7 or 8 thousand klms, duel economy was 7+ litres per 100 klms improved to 5 litres per 100 km when running freely.
