Hi all..... Just traded up to a 2012 speed triple with just over 1000k on the clock, phantom black .... Pick it up next week. Currently riding a hornet 600 which is a great bike but got a bit fed up of cogging down 2 gears to overtake. Having spent 3 hours on a demo at the weekend I know I won't have to change down in the speed.... Top gear roll on was awesome! Look forward to picking it up and to any forum advice Ta Dannyboy

Hi Dannyboy and welcome to the forum. Like Steve I'm a big fan of the Speed Triple, you wont need to rev the hell out it like the Honda. Beats me how folks own a bike like the Speed Triple and only put a 1000 miles on in two years.
Welcome I've not long had mine I sold my 08 blade so I could buy my 1050 and have no regrets You will love it
