Yes I did mate - MOT passed in July last year then loads more work to get the speedo going and other stuff with brakes ect. Managed to get out a few times before the stator packed up! Took ages to find a company who could rewi d it but now fixed and charging. However, now in bits again as it has a water leak!
When I eventually get it running, I'm going to change the exhausts back to the original short black mufflers. Not really keen on the Norton pipes but felt guilty saying so after my mate fettled them to fit!

Tell him as we all know these modification things are trial and error in working and looks. This failed the looks as it flows like a snow plough!! He’ll understand when you tell him you saw that ad on tv with the cat flap and the upside down door and should have gone to spec savers!! Heh heh heh
Looking good so far! It looks like my project, CB650 Nighthawk. I just replaced the clutch master cylinder and fluid yesterday. One step at a time. Have fun and enjoy the journey!
That looks awesome Steve. I remember when those came out originally. I think they even made a version with a turbo in the 80’s
