Had some decals put on newish lid
It’s a pretty good one considering it’s under £200 and has the transition visor witch I love
It has the same decal on the right hand chin bar as the left

How fast does the shield change from light to dark and back?

Nice helmet, where did you get the transition visor? How clear does it get at night? Would love to get one of those. What brand helmet is it and did it come with the transition visor?

One of my mates turned up Wednesday evening with a Bell helmet complete with Transitions visor, he said it was comfy but a bit noisy, can't moan at the value though as a Transitions visor for my Shoei lid is £150 rrp although you could probably shop around and get it cheaper, at that rate it makes the Bell helmet £50!

Yea it’s not the quietest to be fair but with ear plugs in you hardly notice it

I just bought the Bell Qualifier with the "Devil May Care" graphics and Transitions shield. After one 110 mile ride my initial thoughts are:
    1. The helmet looks great and fits my head perfectly
    2. The vents are adequate if not underwhelming
    3. The Transitions shield is the best invention for motorcycle helmets since...well ever.
    4. The helmet is ridiculously noisy at highway speeds. It is by far the loudest helmet (read annoying) I've ever owned. It even has a chin skirt which does nothing to mitigate wind noise. I hate wearing ear plugs while riding so I am not enamored by the idea. Sure it looks good and the shield is amazing but the wind noise borders on painful when riding for me so what's the point of having the first two when you don't want to ride with it?
    5. Wearing glasses with this helmet is nearly impossible. You will need very strong frames to push the glasses past the foam or be forced to wear them at an angle so the bows fit over the padding.
