Hi guys not posted for awhile today collected new 2024 STR RS in Carnival red going through the oversized folder when I got home there is no proper handbook like in my 2021 STR only quick start guide and service book.Is this normal now or is it missing?I know it can be accessed online but not the same as reading an actual book.I will ring dealer tomorrow to check just wondered if anyone else on other models has come across this?
My 2020 and 2022 Street Scramblers both came with owners hand books but my 2024 Scrambler 1200 just has the quick start guide. I'm not that bothered TBH as it's not something I'd carry around and I have the PDF on my Ipad and phone.
Clearly down to the brand then. I px'd my T100 last week for a new P-Strom 800RE and the handbook in the pack i received is a doorstopper.
Paper handbooks are, or certainly used to be, in several languages. My ZZR manual is like that and almost 1" thick. With PDF manuals you just download the language version you want which saves printing costs for the manufacturer.
2022 Scrambler 900 - no handbook. Quick start guide completely useless , told me the frequency of the keyless fob, which it doesn't even have but nothing useful like the tyre pressures!
My Quick start guide is in 7 languages and 72 pages. The English only PDF Owner's Manual has 242 pages. Go figure.
