I am trying to mount an OEM exhaust on my recently acquire 2000 Daytona. I have the exhaust connected to the subframe bracket but I cant seem to get the 2 springs to stretch far enough to attach to the clips.

I am thinking I need replacement springs. The ones I have now are 3.5 inch but dont seem to be long enough. Here is the link to what I got which I was told should fit but does not

If someone could post a pic of their spring with a ruler that would be most appreciated.

Post Script - Maybe I need to use a pipe expanded on the connection from the engine?
