Why do they assume the motorcycle tried to jump it? Perhaps the onlookers could have done more to warn vehicles of the hole.

 

It’s the motorbikes fault. Motorbikes pay as much as some cars in congestion charges clearly motorbikes cause equally as much damage to the roads as it proven here.
