Bloody hell, the papers And the TV news are full of this nonsense. I couldn’t give a four penny f*** about those two. (I’m not a royalist by the way in case you couldn’t tell).
All I’ll say on the matter is she knew what she was getting into by marrying a Royal and now after a short while poor little Meghan can’t handle it. Grrrrrrrr

    What do you lot think.

Publicity! What better for a second rate actress to get loads of publicity with the added bonus of name dropping?

On the alternative point of view, whenever there is a huge splurge of news about trivia like this megarry shite, I always wonder what they are covering up. What world event are they trying to distract from?

    Is my tinfoil hat showing?

Have to agree with you BonnieCat, I am sick to the back teeth hearing about it!!! just can't understand why it seems to get so much importance when there's so much more happening out there that does deserve better coverage

Load of old bollocks, Harry was probably the most liked royal, now he is just a pussy whipped whimp. That second rate actress knew what she was getting into, but the limelight was too appealing for her. Must be tough riding in the best cars, eating the best food, flying first class and getting to sleep in a multi million pound house for free.

These privileged people need to go work for Crisis or walk around London and see the dozens of people sleeping in doorways, I'm in no way anti-royal in fact I believe they bring in way more than they cost, but when they whinge and whine it pisses me off.

Thats my OBE out the window

Are you sure, The ink is not dry yet someone will pay for security in Canada and I don't think the Canucks will, this country will do anything to keep them and the upper classes in their cherished positions.

Telly creates the illusion you know people you see often. We actually KNOW diddlysquat.

However, I think we can infer plenty about the ‘young’ (late 30s!) couple. The press have barely got started and it could get very ugly. That said, it has nothing like the constitutional significance some would have you believe because the money they will be arguing over is not provided by taxpayers.

I despise the royal family. It's about time their vast estates where stripped from them, I doubt that they ever paid for any of their lands in the first place. There is absolutely no reason why they should have any more entitlements than anybody else. Full stop. Before I get arrested.:mad::mad::mad:

Crown Estate is actually public property. Balmoral and Sandringham were bought by Victoria and Edward VII respectively with their own money.

Personally I like our monarcy. Think they do a lot for the country. But also think there are far too many " junior " royals milking the public purse. Time for a culling.

As for Harry, he's being led by the nose. Poor idiot, from hero to zero in a matter of months. Let them go with our blessing but without a penny of public money. Or Duchy of Cornwall money either.

Meghan will have achieved her goal when they eventually settle in Los Angeles. There she can rub shoulders with , or rather Lord it over, the " great and the good ".

    IMHO, of course. :)

I'm not sensing the royal love here.....

Don't have a lot of time for toffs. I've been at the sharp end of their wedge a couple of times, and seen the power they wield. Especially the new ones, perhaps not so much the old families. So, if it's going to be a cull of royalty, sorry but you can't stop there. Earls, barons, dukes, Lords and ladies, the lot.

Then you have to think about animal farm. Everybody is equal, but some are more equal than others..... Where do you stop.

The royals bring in a lot of tourists I suppose. Nowt the furrigners like more than pomp and circumstance. But what use is a monarch that is ruled by Parliament anyway? Ollie Cromwell sorted that job out.

Better stop, or..... Aaaarrrggghhhh... They're here for me!
