Hi all I posted the other day I was looking at chopping in my XSR700 for a 2012 Speed. Although the dealer gave me a rubbish part ex value - he's since come back with an immaculate 2009 Street with underseat pipes etc. I am tempted! However - I was going for the Speed primarily for a bit more BHP and it's a bigger bike - but I do thoroughly enjoy banging the XSR700 around bends and the quick 'handling' (even on the crap stock suspension) I know the Street is roughly the same weight as the XSR but has around 30Bhp more. My question is this- has anyone made a similar step from the XSR (or similar) and gone to either the Street or Speed? If so - what are your opinions? Comfort is fine as I can add a bit more room by dropping a Vario peg kit / increase the seat height. I'm unable to test ride as I don't have a right leg - and can't ride a standard rear brake set up, hence I'm asking you guy's! Just don't want to buy one & then realize I should have opted for the other..... Again - thanks in advance,
