Got the email from Richard today. Finally will have rear suspension dialed in to my weight (225 lbs.).
Can only use the GP10 with a low mount exhaust. They have a different one for high cans.

Will post up some eye candy once it arrives. Expecting about 2 weeks I am with ship time & customs.
May be faster, will see what the tracking data shows.

I am stoked and thought I'd share the news :). This 16 Speed Triple S is going to be even more awesome shortly. This is a big deal for me living stateside and it affirms that Maxton has the spec for the new bikes!

That won't happen to me Eric. If I was expecting Maxton, I'll be sleeping by the doorway ;)

^ UPS - Already shows as at Customs Clearing House with an alleged delivery on the 24th! I will be amazed if it happens this swiftly but I'll tell you what....I already have the sockets, spanners and torque wrench laid out :).

Love Maxton kit. Way better than ohlins in my opinion.

Oh boy....You are going to start a war here now t552. Sine it's your opinion the "R" members might overlook this :D

Me personally I wouldn't know the difference other than any decent aftermarket shock will be better than OEM;)

Having said the above when it's time for me to upgrade - Maxton it shall be ;)

LOL. Just said in my opinion! and there is production ohlins and the race dept ohlins.
Maxton, like the race dept is a bespoke item, But a lot of teams at the TT will run Maxton

Maxton was the only company that was able to build me a bespoke shock for the rear matching my weight at 225 lbs.. Though K-Tech fitted out the front end just fine they had no spec for the rear shock. Same for Ohlins. Showa had zero interest in helping me. Traxxion Dynamics same concern. Thus, for me Maxton and Richard's Team are winners with a proven product, great customer service communication skills, reasonably swift build time AND we all now know they have the spec to build for the 2016 Speed Triple models. I feel as I am riding a Brit bike, built with Brit grit that I want Brit suspension to put the power to the tarmac. KUDOS to Maxton, I am most pleased.
UPDATE - the shock has cleared US Customs and is enroute from Philadelphia, PA to my home in Arizona. I believe their estimate of delivery on Friday may truly happen :)

Don't forget the pictures buddy. We are all eagerly awaiting your update ;)

GP10 is their top of the shelf unit. Then comes the RT10. They have a basic one too which is tons better than OEM.

You have really done well buddy. I'm saving up for RT10 & Maxton front forks set up with their kit.

^^^ would you blame him though. I mean I can't even get any sleep when I'm expecting some carbon bits for my bike. He is receiving Maxton top of the range unit :).

Whenever I'm expecting bike bits, my Mrs gets really annoyed with my million calls from work. .....is it there yet:D.

^^^ absolutely t552. I am a road rider and do tend to push her around the bend a little. For me RT10 should suffice and it's more within my budget and the unit is way more capable than me. If money is not an issue then I would go the whole way ;)

^ UPS is showing it as arrived here in Phoenix, AZ. My neighbor, Bill, is the UPS driver and he usually rounds up here in the late afternoon. I have an 8 hour time difference from all of you across the pond. Staying home today to await delivery out here in the desert :).
Drank boatloads of Newcastle Brown last night so I could sleep, LOL.

PS Even have the torque wrench set to 48NM. I think I am good to go, lol.
