    Hi
Can any one help with advice on the gearing on my Legend TT. I find it too revvy at most speeds over 40mph. I have heard that changing the front sprocket to an 18 from a 17 helps but does that cause any other problems ?

I have changed my 17t to a 19t on my speedmaster and its made a big differance to the revs at speed much better

Hi Chris, just got a tad bored with the interweb thing (happens every now and then) also keyboard's really playing up and I'm getting tits'd off with having to correct it all the time. Dunc suggested that I get a new one but this one's only seven years old!

hi mate joined this forum not long ago with similar question.
I went for 19 t front 42 t rear and my bike rides sweet.along the motorway it cruises aroun 70 mph @ 4000 or so revs and much quieter. However coming away from standing is a little slower I think.I would do the same change again without hesitation.Went to the TT this year fully laden for 10 days with camara kit in tow, not recomended to carry on yer back Triumph ADVENTURER 900 1999. Hope this advice helps
