not a film but a documentary on Netflix "Making A Murderer" absolutely fascinating stuff.I don't want to give anything away but you will be hooked
Just watched Aquaman. You'll have seen other DC films, and sure you know how shite they generally are - wonder woman, justice League, etc. We'll thist is a belter. Absolutely ridiculous, but it looks awesome, and is a great story. No real surprises, but just chucks great action and humour together brilliantly. Pure Entertainment.
Got that on the planner, I’ll have to scoot it up the list. Cheers. Anyone watched The Shape of Water? No? Good, don’t bother, that’s an hour and a half of my life I’ll never get back. Utter tripe, avoid.
Again, not a film but just started watching Vikings on Amazon Prime........ I know, well behind the drag curve. Really enjoying it so far, just hoping it doesn't go all weird in later seasons like a lot of these things
The Sisters Brothers, as I absolutely love cowboy movies I thought this would be a good one when I saw the cast, but it's so slow.
I love it. I've got episodes 11 - 14 of series 5 saved to watch over Christmas. And Lagertha (however you spell it) is stunning.
I've roba I've watched every episode up till now, and loved every one of them, and I'm loving Lagertha even when her hair s going gray.
Have you seen 'HOSTILES'? May not be the "fastest" western movie you'll ever watch but could well be the best! Definitely worth watching and two of Britain's finest actors are the stars! Who'd have thought it?
Maybe that's why 'The Sisters Brothers' didn't quite work out - you've seen the better of the two movies first! Yes, Hostiles was surprisingly low key despite the quality of the cast.
Watched a DVD last night "A street cat named Bob" based on a true story of a young homeless musician in London, fighting to get clean of heroin addiction who adopts a stray cat, sounds cheesy but actually a good little film, well worth a look.
