Yes I can remember it, lovely colour mate I'm definitely a fan of blue. awwwwwww man the escort cosworth why don't ford just make a new one!
I had a 34 gtr v-spec when I was younger, it was the fastest car I've ever owned, had lots of work done to it. It was a complete monster hahaha wished I had the bugger now, they've doubled in price I have a new phone so I don't have any pics to upload but will do tomorrow.
I saw these bikes on autotrader, they say they have the TFC indicators fitted. I was under the impression that TFC parts were only orderable by TFC owners ... if the dealers themselves can order up, fit, and sell bikes with them fitted, couldn't a dealer essentially just recreate a whole TFC? I mean, it's only the indicators, but doesn't that set a bad precedent? One could say "shades of grey", but one could say "slippery slope" ...
Aside from my above, I've never been a fan of the matt paint look, but the orange is quite nice. Not sure if £2k-over-the-standard-red nice, but still nice. If I had an extra £2-2.5k kicking about after a Rocket purchase, personally I'd probably get a custom exhaust first, and maybe think about a paint job later.
I saw that, like TFC indicators are going to be the deal clincher....’ooh, I wasn’t gonna pay an extra 2500 quid for some orange paint, but TFC indicators - where do I sign!’
The orange is nice, the green is wrong... but I still wouldn’t kick it out of bed for farting. I have very low standards when it comes to accepting “freebies” and a “Would you like a go mister?” Would be answered “Yes!!!” immediately!
I love the orange colour. I remember when it came out on the first Street Triple, been in love with it ever since.
I wonder how much a respray would actually cost, I mean they haven't done the rear spraygaurd (which I totally would have), nor the side panels, so it's only 3 panels ... can't cost £2k ... can it?
I would think you could still have that colour mixed, and, I know someone who sell a brush type thingy to apply it with. Ken.
