Yesterday I went to Jack Lilley's in Ashford and purchased a Goretex Malvern Jacket for £620. As this has a 5 year warranty, I was very happy with my purchase which I'm sure will last a lot longer than 5 years. Today (Wed 23rd Oct 2019) I received a phone call from a very nice lady who's name is Sam who said the jacket I bought is on sale at the weekend and because I am a long standing valued customer I can purchase the jacket at the sale price and offered me a £369 refund. They did not have to do that as I had already paid the full price and was happy with my purchase. Having used Jack Lilley's at Ashford for many years I have never had any form of bad service and this just adds the icing on the cake. If there is such a thing as a Customer Service Award, Jack Lilley of Ashford deserves it. Glen

I've been a great fan of Jack Lilley (Ashford) since I bought my first new Triumph from them in 2007 and they offered me a job! I moved on after a few months but kept going back for servicing, parts etc and have always had good service and experiences. Sam is a Speedie owner as I recall, and is a credit to them!
The one thing that really winds me up is bad customer service when its just as easy to give good service. When someone goes out of their way like this to provide brilliant customer service they should be applauded, they will certainly go to the top of my list.
I have dealt with Jack Lilley and had Triumph bikes from Shepperton, then Ashford and now visit the new address in Byfleet. Over the years they are consistent. They have good people and provide a great honest service.
