Allen bolt/wingnut/locknut combo would work It's a poxy design considering the fuse box is hidden under the seat, you'd expect easier access to that
I started on lock down this year sorting out my buried treasure. Got rid of a lot of stuff, but when sorting out the nuts and bolts, like non stainless etc, I put them in a huge tub, with a view to chuck them down the tip. There still in the man cave. Lol
