The money you’re spending on fettling the bikes looks, you might have picked up a winter scoot and kept that’n in top nick. Still I like the look you’re going for

 

I've nowhere to keep two bikes, unfortunately - even this one is outside in the garden, covered by a ridehide. The ex took the garage

In any event, I ride through the winter because I want to, not because I need to, and this is the bike I want to be on.

 

Fair’nuff LTF... just sounds like a huge investment in time, money and effort, you gotta carve your own path and you obviously love the bike

 

And what about pretending you are fan of rat bikes and never clean it

 

I can't seem to help myself, tbh - I modded the frack out of my R9T whilst I had it, although it did mean that I got a good price when I sold it and I had an offer within a couple of days of listing it (on a non-bike related forum).

I do love the bike, and with these tweaks I think I'm done. I need to be, anyway, because thanks to COVID I'm now skint!
