The DVLA has a service which can provide information on a bike if you can prove a genuine connection to it. I used it once to track down previous owners of one of my bikes which had incorrectly been categorised as a Cat B. I seem to remember information about the service is well hidden on the DVLA site but maybe worth searching for.

There are severeral Triumph forums so well worth posting in the relevant vintage/classic section of as many as possible.

TOMCC or VMCC are your best bets on owner’s clubs.
