Welcome aboard Rob. I'm riding a Speed Twin at the moment (demo I've ridden fairly often from work). I find it a much more relaxed riding position than the cafe racer but with all the vim of the Thruxton. It would definitely be my choice, especially for those like me that less than very tall.
