    I’m thinking of having the plastic parts of my 1200rs hydro dipped in carbon then lacquered over. Anyone done this and how much did it cost if you have?

    Gav - I found a place just outside York. Dropped off three fairing panels for painting red, & a front mudguard, chainguard, Hugger, & two side panels for carbon.
    Back in around 3 weeks approx £400. I'll post pictures on return.

    I got my parts back & fitted.
    Three fairing panels painted gloss red, Rear Hugger, Chain Guard, Front Mudguard, & two Side Panels done with carbon hydro graphic, clear coated in satin, £408.
