Hello, I am a Speedmaster owner, not my first Triumph had a 955 tiger back in 2005 before an accident halted my riding for a few years. It took a further couple of years to persuade my wife to let me get another bike.I bought a Suzuki Marauder 125 to commute with and she was happy with that butI wasn’t it was far too slow. After explaining that an under powered bike was dangerous I then bought a Honda Firestorm, that sorted the power problem but being in my 50’s it was a shoulder and wrist killer so I decided to customise it. As I bought it. After customisation. My plan was to go away with my wife at weekends, maybe I should of taken it easy on our first ride out but it’s not easy on a bike like that, and after I had pried her hands off of my jacket and the grab rail and let the colour come back to her face I got the words “never ever again”. So I sold the Honda and bought a Speedmaster, What a lovely ride, nice and relaxed and the wife love’s it.I will be hoping to go on ride outs with the members here in the New Year. I live in Bedfordshire. Well that’s my introduction I hope it didn’t bore any of you. Just as a matter of near coincidence I have a private plate on my car which is very close to a member’s one.

Hi guys thanks for the welcome, been logging into the site for a while now, like the banter, there is no great story to my reg really not like yours, P is for Perch my nickname because I was a match angler, 19 the date I was born and the rest is my initials, here's the funny part, didn't realise it said pig till I had fitted them, the font I used on the web site was different and the 9 came straight down instead of curling under. I do like my food so ...... I'll have to live up to it.

Serious question- I'm going to Pure triumph at Woburn on Sat. to buy either 1 - engine bars and the highway peg kit and pegs. or 2 - footboards and the rocker gear change. Can't make my mind up, do you have any advice please .
Didn't you have a sports bike? football just isn't my thing tbh. Having said that I have been out drinking with a few prem players and my grandfather played for ManU but I prefer RACING a proper mans sport :biggrin:
