Hi. My motorcycle is new and unfortunately had this problem. But everything is solved in good faith and a little patience. In this country we have to be tolerant all the time because there is nothing to be done. Thanks for the welcome, greetings.
Hi Marcelo. Welcome in. Your English looks OK to me so don't get up tight about it. I'm pretty sure no one on here will bother, everyone is friendly. Things might look a little angry at times but I'm sure there are no bad feelings.
Sceptc Al, thank you for the welcome.I think it will get used to easy irritations, but I'm very quiet. Everything is party and games until someone loses an eye! LOL.
Yes, and a lot, but I returned the bike to the dealer immediately and they made the arrangements. And I believe that now is all right. Working with bikes here in Brazil, so it's easier.
Marcelo tell dealer you want a detailed report on what has been done to cure leak on bike just in case it starts leaking again.
Surely Peter. Here in Brazil I have a company that cares for motorcycles at home and work with all major brands. Distributors already know me and know how I'm boring when it comes to motorcycles. They exchanged the joint and again made a collage of it. But need to get used to the engine noise, he is doing a "tec" at the end of acceleration that I do not like much, but I need to know if it is normal.
Peter, sorry for the delay. Dealer said it changed the head gasket, but I think that just set. But now this oil leaking from the engine lock - I do not know the name in English.
Peter. See where is the leak. It leaks by this piece chrome and strain the oil through the engine, leaving a puddle in these spaces.
I think the word you are looking for is cylinder block (just below cylinder head), Is it a Triumph Dealer that is doing work ??
Sadly yes. Here in Brazil the sellers are terrible. The work they do fall short. Sometimes it is preferable to make in private than in mechanical workshops resellers.
Here is a breakdown view of whats leaking it a engine breather tube from crankcase to cylinder head, it has seal
What I think is that this issue had already been informed of the first time I went to the dealler. Unfortunately they have not taken any precautions not to happen again. This is something that makes me very sad in this country, the professionals do not bother to solve. They just want to earn your money. They do not care!!!!
Is oil leaking from same place on first visit to dealer as could be to much pressure in engine crankcase blowing seal out (you mentioned a noise from engine on acceleration???)
