Latest update, about 2 weeks ago, got a call that the dealer had it ready & I picked her up. I added a new screen, crash bobbins, fork & wheel protectors, heated grips & alarm. Bike would not start. Checked Neutral, side stand, clutch lever, all good. Still nothing. Engine did not turn at all, just a rapid clicking from the solenoid. Charged battery, no change. Called dealer who will collect after Lockdown ends.
Meanwhile, I've installed a brand new battery & narrowed the fault down to defective starter motor.

I imagine that the defective rectifier led to the knackered battery & starter motor, prompting the previous owner to chop it in. Hopefully, once the starter motor is changed, she'll be trouble free.

Still to come this week, are bar risers and led conversion headlight bulbs.
