Scrambler Heated Grips, Stock Or Extra??

That's really curious, I've just checked the World Of Triumph parts page for the Scrambler XE and XC; and they list heated grips fitted to the XE and unheated to the XC.

It may be a difference between UK and Canadian specs, certainly worth a query to the dealer you bought it from and if you're unhappy with their answer, try writing to Triumph themselves.

Hope you can get this sorted.

A few years ago, 2015 ish, I was thinking of buying a Ford Focus, bear in mind I'm talking UK.
Previously, say 2010, the Focus came with cruise control. I checked out the current then model and some bean counter had made more profit by stealing it . Apparently you only "needed" a cruise control on the larger Mondeo model

Needless to say I spent my money on a different brand.

Caveat Emptor, as they say.

 

The XE originally had heated grips as standard.
